One of the most influential events in the label-printing industry of China, the China International Exhibition on Label Printing Technology (Sino-Label), will be held from March 9-11, 2010 at the China Import and Export Fair, Pazhou Complex (Area A), Guangzhou, PR China. Despite the current global economic uncertainty, this exhibition will return with an expanded scale. The exhibition will cover a spectrum of label-printing machinery, bar code printers, RFID label machinery, anti-counterfeit technology, label security solutions & applications, self-adhesive materials, testing equipment and accessories.

The retail industry in China is growing at an accelerating rate. In order to cater to the increasing demand for label-printing products, the number of label printing suppliers grows continuously in the country. Pearl River Delta is one of the major regions of economic development in China, as well as being the largest region for the printing and packaging industry. Statistics show that there are more than 1,000 label-printing enterprises and 10,000 printing/packaging companies in the region. The leading position of Guangdong Province and Hong Kong is proven by their 67% market share within the country's total label production.

Sino-Label 2009 established an outstanding record in the midst of the global economic downturn. Symposia on "New Trends, Latest Technology & Advanced Equipments in Label-Printing Industries", "Food Safety, Standardization and Quality Control" and "Hygienic Standard & Quality Control for Cosmetics Products" were conducted during Sino-Label 2009. Industry experts were invited to discuss industry hot issues with the audience. Riding on the wave of that overwhelming success, symposia on the latest technologies and applications will also be held alongside Sino-Label 2010. The 2009 exhibition attracted professional buyers from 81 countries and regions around the globe, included Taiwan Province, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, UK, USA, Vietnam and more. In addition, 15 Chinese and overseas delegations led by trade associations were organized to source at the exhibition.

"The 17th South China International Exhibition on Printing Industry", "The 14th China International Exhibition on Brewery, Beverage and Liquid Packaging" and "The 17th China International Exhibition on Packaging Machinery & Materials" will be held concurrently with Sino-Label 2010.
