EU recently pass a law EU wood and wood products regulation, which rules fines for wood products without the ability to track their origins.
This new law great impacts the exporting of wood products from regions of southern China such as Dongguan and Shun De. Higher costs will be incurred for the manufactuerers to track and document the orgins of every piece of wood used in their product being exported to EU.
